<p>In the work of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.tonycuckson.com/blog/category/chakra-balancing/">chakra balancing</a> the solar plexus Chakra is the seat of the emotions. One might say, &#8220;I am burning with anger.&#8221; Love can also be hot and burn like fire. When we repress our emotions we find that we may well get a stomach upset. When this projection is owned and cooked in the fire of 3rd Chakra awareness then one&#8217;s self worth is enhanced and one is made more aware of not always over estimating other people.</p>
<p>Here is an example of the integration of polar opposites through the process of balancing 3rd Chakra energies. Somebody might be miserly. They then then to despise the spendthrift person. The opposite is the case in that the generous person might tend to despise the miser. An individual is a miser because they fear personal wastefulness. Visa versa the spendthrift person is also at war within themselves and fights their miserly tendency. When these two opposing viewpoints are reconciled within we have the proper approach to money. Then we are able to be generous when we wish to be and save when we would like to. Our sense of self worth is not in opposition. We have become reconciled with the opposites reconciled with the opposites within and can handle money wisely.</p>
